Afalg helps people browse and list real estate in Ethiopia. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Browsing is anonymous — you do not need an account to search listings.
Information we collect
Buyers browse without an account; favorites are stored only on your device. Realtors who sign up provide a phone number (verified by SMS code), a name, and optional agency and photo. Listings you post include the details and photos you enter, plus the map location you choose.
How we use information
We use your information to publish your listings, let buyers contact you by phone or WhatsApp, review listings for quality and safety, and send optional notifications you opt into (such as saved-search alerts).
Sharing
Realtor names, agency, photo, and listing details are public so buyers can find and contact you. We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted providers (Supabase for hosting and Google Maps for map display) to operate the service.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, we store a push token for your device to deliver alerts. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Deleting your data
Realtors can delete their account from the Profile tab in the mobile app. This permanently removes your profile, all your listings, and their photos. Favorites stored on your device are removed when you delete the app or clear your browser storage.
