By using Afalg you agree to these terms. Afalg is a listings platform that connects buyers and renters with realtors in Ethiopia.
Using Afalg
Anyone may browse listings for free. To post listings you must sign up as a realtor and verify a phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Listing content
You must own or be authorized to advertise any property you list, and the details you provide must be accurate. Do not post false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful listings, or content you do not have the rights to.
Moderation
Listings publish immediately and are reviewed afterward. We may remove or reject any listing that violates these terms, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. Users can report listings for review.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse
Afalg has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes fraudulent, offensive, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal content of any kind. We remove such content and ban the accounts that post it. Anyone can flag a listing using the Report option on the listing page, and can block an agent to hide all of that agent’s listings from their own feed. Reports are reviewed promptly and violating content is taken down.
No warranty
Afalg provides the platform “as is”. We do not verify the condition, ownership, price, or availability of listed properties, and we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and realtors. Do your own due diligence before any payment or agreement.
Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the mobile app, which permanently removes your profile and listings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
