Need help with Afalg? We’re here for you. Afalg lets anyone browse homes for sale and rent across Ethiopia for free — no account needed — while realtors sign up to post and manage listings. Below are answers to common questions and how to reach us.

Email us at support@afalg.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Please include your phone number and, if your question is about a specific listing, a link to it.
Browsing listings
Anyone can search and view listings for free without an account. Use the search and map views to filter by city, area, price, bedrooms, and whether a home is for sale, long-term rent, or short-term rent. Tap any listing to see photos, details, and the agent’s contact buttons.
Contacting a realtor
Each listing shows the realtor’s call and WhatsApp buttons so you can reach them directly. Afalg is a listings platform — we are not a party to any deal, so always do your own due diligence before any payment or agreement.
Posting as a realtor
To post listings, sign up as a realtor with your phone number — we send a one-time code by SMS to verify it. Once signed in, you can add listings with photos, set a map pin, and manage or edit them anytime. Listings publish immediately and are reviewed afterward.
Reporting a listing
If you see a listing that looks like a scam, is inaccurate, or is otherwise inappropriate, tap the “Report” option on the listing and choose a reason. Our team reviews reports and removes listings that break our rules.
Deleting your account
Realtors can delete their account and all data at any time from the Profile tab in the app or the realtor profile page on the website. See afalg.com/delete-account for full steps, or email support@afalg.com if you can’t sign in.
